Conversion of a general partnership or limited partnership shall not relieve the
general partners from liability for company debts incurred prior to conversion,
unless explicitly agreed to by the creditors, or if no creditor objects to the
conversion within 30 days from the date of being notified thereof by registered
mail or by means of technology.
