This Law shall supersede the Companies Law promulgated by Royal Decree
No. (M/3), dated 28/1/1437H and the Law of Professional Companies
promulgated by Royal Decree No. (M/17), dated 26/1/1441H, and shall repeal
any provisions conflicting therewith.
