Enforcement against Partners or Shareholders Profits
A personal creditor of a partner or shareholder may petition the competent
judicial authority to satisfy the debt using the interests of the indebted partner
or shareholder in the net profit distributed. Upon termination of the company,
the creditor’s claim shall be satisfied using the debtor’s interests in the
remainder of the company’s assets after settling the company’s debts.
