1. Board members and Authority employees must maintain the confidentiality of information, records, data, files, and documents they obtain from entities while gathering evidence or conducting investigations, and they may not share them with a third party without the Authority's approval. 2. The Chairman, the Governor, or any Board member may not access or participate in a deliberation concerning a case or matter if he has an interest or relationship therein, is related to one of the parties by blood or marriage, or has represented one of them. The Regulations shall determine the relevant rules.
