The author shall refrain from performing the deeds that may prejudice the
Copyright Law
exploitation of the authorized right of third parties. Nevertheless, the author may
withdraw his work from circulation, amend, delete from, or add to it, upon
agreement with the party authorized to exercise said right. Should there be no
agreement, the author shall be obligated to compensate said person according
to the Committee’s decision.
