1. A licensee may use an electricity transmission or distribution network owned
by another licensee or connect thereto for a fee without discrimination and in
accordance with the Law and regulations.
2. The owner of a transmission or distribution network shall, upon the
Authority’s request and within the specified period, issue the network code;
the Authority shall approve and periodically review the code to achieve the
objectives of this Law.
