1. Forest lands, pasture lands as well as lands of national, wildlife, or geological
parks may not be disposed of in any way that entails a transfer of ownership.
2. Forest lands, pasture lands as well as lands of national, wildlife, or geological
parks may not be encroached upon, whether by expansion or by
construction.
