Hunting living wildlife animals shall be prohibited. However, certain species may be hunted upon obtaining a license, taking the following into consideration: 1. Hunting shall be restricted to the species specified by the competent authority. 2. Hunting shall be confined to places and times specified by the competent authority. 3. Refraining from attracting animals and birds, or using means leading to mass hunting. The regulations shall specify necessary rules, including permissible hunting methods.
