1. The court may dismiss a guardian appointed thereby if the interest of the incompetent
person so dictates.
2. A court-appointed guardian may petition the court at any time to relieve him of
guardianship duties. The court may relieve the guardian or postpone such relief, taking
into consideration the interest of the incompetent person.
