1. If a bequest is equal to the share of a specified heir of the testator, the legatee shall be
entitled to a share equal to the share of the heir after being added to the total number of
heirs, and the shortage shall be incurred by all heirs.
2. If a bequest is equal to the share of an unspecified heir of the testator, the legatee shall
be entitled to a share equal to the heir with the least share among the heirs after being
added to the total number of heirs, and the shortage shall be incurred by all heirs.
