1. A person who maliciously or semi-deliberately kills the testator, whether he is the
perpetrator or an accomplice, shall not inherit the testator.

2. A person who causes or orders the death of the testator, whether maliciously or semi-
deliberately, shall not inherit the testator.
3. A person who wrongfully kills the testator shall be entitled to the inheritance, excluding
the diya [blood money].
