1. Heirs may agree on a withdrawal, whether with one another or with a legatee, if the estate
is known to all withdrawing heirs, or if it is unknown and it cannot be identified in a usually
short period of time. The court shall determine said period according to the nature, place,
and value of the estate subject of the withdrawal agreement.
2. If an unknown estate can usually be identified in a short period of time, and the withdrawal
is made before the estate becomes known to the withdrawing heirs, the parties who have
no knowledge that the estate can be identified in a short period may seek to invalidate
the withdrawal.
