1. Subject to Article 46 of this Law, financial support may be increased or decreased
according to changes in circumstances.
2. A claim to increase or decrease financial support may not be heard prior to the lapse of
one year from the date on which the financial support judgment is issued, save for
exceptional circumstances as determined by the court.
3. The increase or decrease of financial support shall take effect from the date the judgment
is issued.
