Government Tenders and Procurement Law

1. In implementing the provisions of the Law, the Ministry shall: a) create, oversee, and continuously develop the Portal; b) set policies and issue directives, instructions, and guidelines related to the implementation of the provisions of the Law and its Regulations; c) collect tender-related information and publish it on the Portal, and monitor the application of the provisions of the Law, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of other monitoring agencies; and d) publish on the Portal lists of persons whom dealing with is prohibited. 2. The Minister shall approve tender document forms, pre-qualification documents, contract forms, contractor performance assessment forms, and any other document required by the nature of the works or procurements.
