Pursuant to a decision by the Minister, or his designee, the types, categories and classes of the tourist accommodation facility, as well as the classification criteria, shall be approved and published on the Ministry’s website, and shall enter into force on the date of publication thereof. The Ministry may review and propose update of the types, categories and classes of the tourist accommodation facility, and the classification criteria, taking into consideration that said action entails no structural modifications to the tourist accommodation facility. The tourist accommodation facility shall be given the appropriate category or class based on the classification criteria approved in accordance with Paragraph (1) of this Article.
