After fulfilling the requirements specified in Article 4 of these
Regulations, the license applicant shall carry out the following:
Create a direct link with the National Tourism Monitoring
Platform;
Satisfy the classification criteria for the least category in the
star-rated tourist accommodation facility of all types;
Satisfy the classification criteria for the least class in the class-
rated tourist accommodation facility of all types;
Satisfy the classification criteria for the other unclassified types.
