Animal resources shall be slaughtered in designated places under the supervision and
control of the Ministry or its designee. The Ministry or its designee shall monitor the
slaughtered animals offered for sale, in coordination with the relevant agencies, and
shall ensure that an official seal is placed on slaughtered animals to establish their shelf
life and quality.
