In the event that laying hens are slaughtered and buried inside a facility, the persons in
charge of this procedure shall coordinate with the Ministry branch or office in charge
of the facility to arrange for the presence of a Ministry controller, and shall draft a report
thereon. Laying hens shall not be handed over or sold to individuals, institutions,
slaughterhouses, or others without obtaining the Ministry’s authorization.
