Plant products offered for sale shall be inspected and evaluated pursuant to the
following criteria:
1. Mechanical damage;
2. Pathological (microbial and insect) infections;
3. Immature/incomplete growth and maturity of the product;
4. Heterogeneity of growth or maturity;
5. Cooling damage;
6. Physiological damage;
7. Consignment being free from visible pesticide residues; and
8. Plant consignment being free from any excess moisture on product surface.
