Without prejudice to the relevant legal provisions, in the event that the agricultural
sector resources, products, or production inputs under seizure endanger agricultural

sector resources or public health, they shall be disposed of, in collaboration with the
relevant agencies pursuant to approved environmental practices, and the destruction
thereof shall be recorded in certified reports.
