1. The Ministry or its designee shall issue health certificates for licensed facilities and
projects complying with licensing controls, biosecurity conditions, and other
requirements announced by the Ministry.
2. A health certificate shall be granted only to living aquatic resources originating in
the Kingdom and to fish products obtained from an aquaculture project inside the
Kingdom. The Ministry shall issue regulatory controls in this regard.
