1. Agricultural machinery and equipment shall be traded only if they conform to
standards. In the event that no Saudi or GCC standard and/or technical rule is
available, the licensing standard for the product shall be approved, in coordination
with the competent agencies.
2. Agricultural machinery and equipment may only be imported with the approval of
the Ministry or its designee, and shall only be cleared upon the approval of the
Ministry or its designee.
