The Ministry may provide, organize and manage services of distributing seedlings,
seeds, seed tubers, fertilizers, soil conditioners, veterinary preparations, pesticides,
equipment, machinery, agricultural and veterinary supplies, bees, apiary requirements,
aquatic larvae and fingerlings, equipment and machinery for fishing and aquaculture,
improved animal breeds and the like, as it deems appropriate.
