1. The Ministry may issue a decision to close or relocate an animal facility upon the expiry of its life span or due to harm resulting from its proximity to housing areas, in accordance with the conditions and procedures specified by the Ministry. It may also cancel the license pursuant to a decision of the Minister based on a decision of the Review Committee. 2. The owner of an animal facility may object to the Ministry’s decision to close or relocate his facility or its refusal to renew his license and may provide justifications supporting his objection within 30 days of the issuing date of the decision. Said objection shall be made in accordance with the applicable legal procedures determined by the Ministry.
