A facilities-based service provider shall provide CST with the details of
the agreement he has concluded pursuant to Articles 40 and 41of these
Regulations, including the following:
1. A specified area of the real estate to be used for construction or installation
o f infrastructure devices, whenever applicable;
2. Period of time required to use the real estate; and
3. The fees for using the real estate.
CST may publish guiding forms for the agreement between a real estate
owner and a facilities-based service provider on its website.
