The Board shall issue its decision on the applications set out in Articles 45 and
46 of these Regulations within 90 days from the date of completion of the
application; said decision shall provide for one of the following:
1. Unconditional approval of the application;
2. Conditional approval thereof;
3. Rejection of application; or
4. Extension of study period of application.
