If CST detects that any service provider has carried out any of the activities or procedures stated in Articles 52 and 53 of these Regulations, it may take one or more of the following actions: 1. Issue a decision requiring that service provider to take any of the following actions: a. Immediately stop the activities and acts specified in the decision, as well as adhere to the conditions stated therein, provided that these actions are carried out within the period stipulated in the decision. b. Make specific changes in anti-competitive activities or procedures to remove or reduce the effect of abuse of dominance or restriction of competition. c. Refer the service provider to the committee. 2. If a service provider repeats anti-competitive activities or procedures or that he fails to comply with the decisions issued by CST regarding competition, CST may apply the provision of Paragraph (1) of Article 6 of the Law without prejudice to the provisions of Article 5 of these Regulations.
