Subject to the provisions of Article (4) of the Law, the Data Subject shall have the right to request a copy of their Personal Data in a readable and clear format, subject to the following: 1- Exercising the right to access Personal Data shall not adversely affect the rights of others, such as intellectual property rights or trade secrets. 2- Personal Data shall be provided to the Data Subject in a commonly used electronic format and the Data Subject may request a printed hard copy if feasible. 3- When granting a Data Subject access to their Personal Data, the Controller shall ensure that it does not involve disclosing Personal Data that identifies another individual.
