This is for the purpose of completing procedures related to the ownership of real estate rights within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and managing or handling any action related to such ownership. This includes the issuance of deeds at the Real Estate Registry, buying and selling, acknowledging the buyer, receiving the price, purchasing, accepting the acknowledgment, paying the price, and paying real estate transaction taxes to the Real Estate General Authority. For this purpose, the authorized person has the right to receive activation codes, notices, and decisions. This also includes registering the company with the Ministry, opening a bank account for the company in any commercial bank within the Kingdom, and conducting financial transactions related to the account for the benefit of the real estate ownership or any services related to the operation and management of the property. This includes handling transactions through electronic payment methods in accordance with the payment system and its services at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). The company acknowledges full responsibility for the outcomes and legal consequences resulting therefrom. The company also commits to officially notifying the Ministry immediately upon appointing another authorized person or if any change occurs to his/her data, the company's addresses, or his/her powers. Such change shall not be considered effective unless approved by the Ministry of Investment.
