An arbitrator shall satisfy the following conditions: 1. Be of full legal capacity. 2. Be of good conduct and reputation. 3. Be a holder of at least a university degree in Sharia or law. If the arbitration tribunal is composed of more than one arbitrator, it shall be sufficient that the chairman of the tribunal meets such requirement.
