The competent court, or designee thereof, shall issue an order for the enforcement of the arbitration award. The request for
enforcement of the award shall be accompanied with the following:
1. The original award or an attested copy thereof.
2. A true copy of the arbitration agreement.
3. An Arabic translation of the arbitration award attested by an accredited authority, if the award is not issued in Arabic.
4. Proof of the deposit of the award with the competent court, pursuant to Article 44 of this Law.
