A licensee in the field of broadcasting or rebroadcasting shall provide the Commission, upon request,
with any media content that has not yet been released in order to obtain the Commission’s approval
before such content is broadcast or rebroadcast. The Regulations shall specify the relevant procedures
and conditions.
