The Appeal Committee shall consider the following:
1. Appeals submitted by the concerned parties against the decisions of the Preliminary Committee
referred to in Article 19 of this Law.
2. Decisions made by the Commission to discontinue broadcasting or suspend a license as a
precautionary measure, in accordance with Article 18(2) of this Law.
Decisions of the Committee shall be passed by the majority of its members, and shall be final and
non-appealable before any other entity.
