This Law aims to stipulate provisions governing compensation for nuclear
damage resulting from a nuclear incident occurring within the territory of the
Kingdom as well as incidents occurring outside the territory of the Kingdom
during carriage for which the operator is liable, in accordance with the relevant
international conventions to which the Kingdom is party.
