1.No objection may be made to judgments issued before the case is decided and with which the litigation does not end wholly or partly except in conjunction with the objection to the judgment on the merits. Filing an objection before rendering a decision on the merits may be permitted against a decision to stay the case and against provisional and summary rulings and judgments subject to execution by force as well as judgments of lack of jurisdiction. 2.Objection to temporary and expeditious judgments and judgments subject to execution by force shall not entail stay of execution.
