1.All judgments permitting the actions of guardians, trustees and administrators shall be revised by the court of appeals, with the exception of judgments for pledging, borrowing, registration of articles of incorporation, increase of corporate capitals and purchase of real property for minors, unless otherwise determined by the Supreme Judicial Council. 2.The judgment of the court of appeals on revision of judgments referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be deemed final.3.If the court of appeals reverses the judgments referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, it shall rule on the same after hearing the declaration and request for disposal.
