In the application of the provisions of this Law, the term place of residenceshall mean the place where a person normally resides. For nomads, place of residence shall be deemed the place where a person resides at the time of filing the lawsuit. For detainees and prisoners, place of residence shall be deemed the place where a person is detained or imprisoned. A person may designate a place of residence for receiving the notices addressed to him, in addition to his permanent place of residence, and shall notify the court of any change in his designated or permanent place of residence.
