An action or decision by a judge in any of the cases set forth in Article 94 of this Law shall be null and void even with the
agreement of the litigants. If such nullification occurs with respect to an affirmed judgment, a litigant may petition the Supreme
Court to nullify the judgment and assign another court to reconsider the case.
