Without prejudice to any other penalty provided for in any other law, a person who violates any
of the provisions of Articles 4, 21, 27, and 30 of this Law shall be subject to imprisonment for a
period not exceeding three years, and shall be referred to the Public Prosecution for investigation
and prosecution before the competent court.
