If the investigation covers a number of related crimes within the jurisdiction of courts of similar jurisdiction, all these crimes shall
be filed pursuant to a single
order before the court having territorial jurisdiction over any of the crimes. If such crimes are within the jurisdiction of courts of
different jurisdictions, they shall be referred to the court with broader jurisdiction.
