Law of Criminal Procedure

The search report shall include the following: 1. Name of the officer who conducted the search, his position and signature as well as date and time of the search. 2. The text of the search warrant or the exigent circumstances that necessitated the search without a warrant. 3. Names and signatures of persons present at the time of the search. 4. An accurate description of seized items. 5. All actions taken during the search and those taken with respect to seized items.
