The Chairman of the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution may order seizure of letters, correspondences,
publications, and packages and authorize monitoring and recording of telephone conversations, if such action is useful in
solving a crime. Such order or authorization shall be reasoned and for a period not exceeding 10 days, renewable according to
the requirements of the investigation.
