Law of Criminal Procedure

The investigator shall enter into the report full information about each witness, including his name, surname, age, profession or occupation, nationality, place of residence and relation to the accused, the victim or the claimant of private right. Such particulars and the testimonies of witnesses and proceedings for hearing them shall be entered into the report without amendment, deletion, obliteration, insertion, or addition. Such changes shall not be valid unless endorsed by the investigator, the clerk and the witness.
