1. Oaths taken shall be commensurate with the number of litigants who demand
such oaths, unless they are joint partners in the same right or are satisfied
with a single oath.

2. Oaths taken shall be commensurate with the number of persons who are
demanded to take such oaths.
3. The court may be satisfied with a single oath in case of multiple demands.
