1. Where this Law is silent, evidentiary procedures shall be subject to the
provisions of the Law of Civil Procedure or the Law of Commercial Courts,
as the case may be.
2. Subject to the provision of paragraph (1) of this Article, evidentiary issues
not provided for herein shall be subject to the Sharia provisions most
consistent with this Law.
