1. If a judgment is rendered authenticating the entire document, a fine not
exceeding ten thousand riyals shall be imposed on the contesting litigant,
without prejudice to the rights of the concerned parties to seek
compensation.
2. A fine shall not be multiplied in case of multiple successors or agents, and
shall not be imposed on any of them if their denial is based on a claim of
ignorance.
