1. Testimony shall be provided in the presence of the litigants. The testimony
of each witness shall be heard separately, unless there is a valid reason not
to do so.
2. Failure of a litigant against whom a testimony is made to attend the testimony
shall not preclude the court from hearing such testimony. However, the
litigant shall have access to the witness hearing transcript.
