1. A litigant against whom a testimony is made may indicate to the court matters
that may undermine the credibility of a witness or his testimony. The court
shall assess the effect of such matters on the testimony.
2. The court may assess the integrity of a witness in terms of his conduct as
well as the other circumstances of the case without a character witness. The
court may, when necessary, employ any other means to assess said
integrity.
