Law of Nuclear and Radiation Control

1. The Authority shall establish regulations for security of nuclear and radioactive materials in coordination with the competent security agencies, subject to an assessment of nuclear security threat in accordance with international best practices. 2. The licensee shall be in charge of security relating to activities, practices, facilities and radiation sources subject of his license. 3. The competent security agencies shall be in charge of protection of the perimeters of nuclear facilities.
