A. If the Authority finds that the application satisfies the stipulated conditions, it
shall issue a decision granting the protection document. The decision shall
be published in the order of its issuance by the Authority.
B. If the Authority finds that the applicant does not qualify for the protection
document, it shall issue a decision stating the reasons for rejection, and the
applicant shall be notified thereof.
